Go Red for Women 2011
Co-Chairs
Michelle Marlow and Sandra Tuomey

They were sorority sisters at TCU, but their friendship didn’t end there.  After celebrating their 40th birthday together this year on the 40th yard line on the Horned Frogs field, Sandra Tuomey and Michelle Marlow decided to tackle the big job of co-chairing the 2011 Go Red for Women Luncheon in Tarrant County together.  Realizing the staggering statistics of heart disease in women and that is the number one killer of women over the age of 25, Sandra and Michelle have joined forces to make this year’s Go Red for Women luncheon in Tarrant County a great success.  Knowing the facts, both Sandra and Michelle have made lifestyle changes to become more heart healthy and now speak out against the risks of heart disease to other women in the community.  They hope that after the luncheon, many more women in Tarrant County will be educated and take the right steps to living longer and healthier lives with their families and loved ones.  If one life is saved, their job has been accomplished.
