The Heart of Tarrant County is a year-round initiative engaging community leaders in making an impact in health equity and in the mission of the American Heart Association. As we take the campaign beyond the ballroom, we are changing the conversation from selling tables to standing for equitable health, effectively positioning ourselves as much more than a gala event. We are inviting companies and the community to engage in opportunities throughout the year and to celebrate our impact at the Heart of Tarrant County Heart Ball. The Heart of Tarrant County Heart Ball marks a moment in time to reflect, honor and celebrate the progress made through the dedication of all who support the Heart of Tarrant County.
Our Commitment to Tarrant County: The American Heart Association is committed to advancing equitable health – which can only exist when all people can have the opportunity to enjoy healthier lives. We remove barriers to health through work in communities, scientific research, advocating for healthy policies and more. For more than 100 years, the American Heart Association has made bold moves to save lives and pioneer scientific discoveries. We haven’t done it alone. We reach our goals working with organizations and individuals who share our vision for better health. The Heart of Tarrant County campaign unites supporters with a shared purpose to raise the critical funds we need to ensure our work continues. Throughout our campaign we celebrate our milestones, we thank our sponsors, and we honor our heroes. We come together to achieve something bigger than ourselves. We live fierce and fight for all.
